I cannot say enough good things about Moon Movers. Serge and his crew were amazing to work with, on time, super efficient, beyond professional and just really nice guys.!!! We had planned on doing the move ourselves from one location, a high-rise, to another, a walk up, in the city and originally only reached out to Moon to handle moving an oversized, very heavy dining room table from the suburbs to the walk up. During our initial conversation, we felt so comfortable that we asked them about doing the entire move and it literally happened the next day!! They showed up on time at 8 AM and completely wrapped and packed the entire apartment! At the new location, they navigated two long narrow stairways and not only placed the furniture in its proper places, but also every box and item were placed in the rooms where they belonged, making the unpacking and organizing so much easier !! After a long day, they showed up at the second location in the suburbs and despite having to drive an hour each way in Friday, rush-hour traffic they were happy and ready to move the heavy table ! So nice to work with a company and people who genuinely care about doing a great job! Thank you, Serge and the entire team at Moon Movers for saving us a lot of time, stress and frustration!! We highly recommend Moon Movers and will definitely use them again in the future. We could not be happier with our experience.

I had to move office furniture on short notice. Moon Movers answered my phone call within the first rings, they offered to do the move SAME DAY! Courteous, efficient, kind and safe. They stayed in close communication about being close to the pickup, arrival, then gave me an estimate of when they would be at drop off, notified me when they arrived, etc. They were so helpful. Their quotes were lower than the other companies I called that were available same day. Reliable, affordable and great customer service!
